Rates & BookingsOur nightly rates are as follows: $120 for a couple + $20 for each additional guest. Calculations are $140 for three guests; $160 for four guests; $180 for five guests. Two adults and three children maximum. Breakfast hamper on request $12/person. Bed linen, tea towels and bathroom linen provided. Please note minimum of two night stay. Terms & ConditionsEco Queenslander is a family holiday home which accommodates two adults and three children maximum. Rates are per number of guests per night. Please note minimum of two night stay.Although self serviced, arrangements can be made for cleaning if desired. Children are most welcome. Sorry, no pets. Deposit: 25% of rental required when the booking is made. Payment is best done via bank transfer. Balance paid before or on day of arrival by bank transfer or cash. If the balance is paid by bank transfer, the transfer has to be made a week before arrival within Australia (two weeks for international bank transfers) so that the transaction is recorded on our account before the day of arrival. Cancellation policy: Notification to Eco Queenslander 21 days or more prior to arrival date incurs a cancellation fee of 10% for each night cancelled. For notification of cancellation less than 21 days in advance of arrival date a full forfeiture of deposit applies. |
